How to Change Spotify Language on iPhone or iPad
You cannot change the username of your Spotify account. Instead, you can change your display name that replaces the username in your profile and the display name is also what your friends see when they visit your playlists or profile. Here’s how you can do it. Open Spotify and tap on the gear icon on the top right corner of the app. You'll see this in bright green text above your Spotify username, which might be a bunch of letters and numbers. One solution to the issue is to connect your Spotify account to Facebook. This will replace your original Spotify username with your Facebook username. And whenever you change your Facebook name, your Spotify name will update to match. You can make this change from the desktop or mobile app.
Another solution is to change your display name, which will override your Facebook name if your account is already connected to Facebook. This won't change your real username, but will alter the name that everyone sees you as. However, you can only make this change from the mobile app.
Lastly, you can ask Spotify to change your username directly. However, there's no guarantee that they'll help you.

1. Open the Spotify app on your computer.
2. Click on the downward-pointing arrow next to your profile picture and name in the upper right corner.
3. Select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.
